Purified water, local raw honey, certified organic European elder (berries) (Sambucus nigra), certified organic ginger root, certified organic cinnamon sticks, and certified organic whole cloves.
What does your elderberry syrup taste like?
We use an abundance of raw honey and elderberries in our elderberry syrup recipe. Your taste buds will enjoy the flavor profiles of the honey, elderberries, whole cinnamon, fresh, whole ginger root and whole cloves, reminding many of our customers of the flavor of “apple butter”. The spices are not only added to enhance the taste of our elderberry syrup, but they too have their own health benefits.
Do you take our elderberry syrup daily or just when you’re symptomatic?
It’s completely up to you on how you choose to use our elderberry syrup. Some choose to follow the suggested dosage (that can be found on the label) for "Immune System Booster", while other's choose to take our syrup only during times of seasonal challenge. The choice is yours!
Are there any side effects when taking elderberry syrup?
The consumption of elderberries may cause digestive discomfort. If you or a child experience this, decrease the suggested use and take with food.
