Where is your local raw honey from?
We use local raw honey from South Carolina. However, we have many customers that use our elderberry syrup and are finding relief that live all over the country! The raw honey that is used in our elderberry syrup is never pasteurized from the time it leaves the hive to when you ingest it in our elderberry syrup. This ensures all of the active enzymes and health benefits stay intact.
When will I receive my order, after placing?
The shipping timeline all depends on when you place your order. We use priority shipping and most customers receive their order within 2-3 days. If there is a upcoming federal holiday, shipping might be delayed. We do our best to ship our products fast and efficiently to you. Does this elderberry syrup have a thick consistency, like most syrups?
Our elderberry syrup is a juice-like consistency. Most syrups are thick, from ingredients used in the syrups. Our elderberry syrup has NO gelatin, because of this it is not as thick as most syrups.
Should I shake your elderberry syrup before I use it?
No, our elderberry syrup does not require shaking. We do not use any powder spices in our syrup; therefore, you will not see or taste any sediment. Open and enjoy our delicious elderberry syrup!
Is this elderberry syrup good for digestion/acid reflux?
There is not any substantial research at this time that ties elderberry syrup with the helping of digestion/acid reflux. The ingredients that we use in our syrup, such as organic ginger root, does aid in digestion. The ingredients combined are found to help both of these symptoms, and from experience and our customers, people are having relief with these symptoms from using our elderberry syrup. Elderberries are also a natural diuretic, so with all of the properties these ingredients carry, some customers do find relief from these symptoms.

We get our elderberries organically sourced from Bulgaria. The elderberry plant is native to Europe, thus having the highest level of antioxidants. To ensure the best quality and potency, we get our elderberries from Europe.

The sugar content in our elderberry syrup comes directly from local raw honey. Unlike most commercial elderberry syrups, we choose not to add any artificial sweeteners, refined sugars or high fructose corn syrup.
