We use an abundance of honey and elderberries in our recipe. Your taste buds will enjoy the flavor profiles of the honey, elderberries, cinnamon, ginger and whole cloves reminding many of our customers of the taste of “apple butter”. The spices are not only added to enhance the taste of elderberry syrup, but they too have their own health benefits that contribute to the syrup.
