What time should I take The POE?
There is no "right" time to take your daily dose of The POWER of Elderberries. Many of our customers take their dose as part of their morning routine, but we also have a number of customers who take theirs before bed instead to help with stuffy noses/sinuses at night. It's really whatever works best for you.
Where is your local raw honey from?
We use local raw honey from South Carolina. However, we have many customers that use our elderberry syrup and are finding relief that live all over the country! The raw honey that is used in our elderberry syrup is never pasteurized from the time it leaves the hive to when you ingest it in our elderberry syrup. This ensures all of the active enzymes and health benefits stay intact.
When will I receive my order?
The shipping timeline all depends on when you place your order. We use priority shipping and most customers receive their order within 2-3 days. If there is a upcoming federal holiday, shipping might be delayed. We do our best to ship our products fast and efficiently to you. Does this elderberry syrup have a thick consistency, like other syrups?
No. Our elderberry syrup is a juice-like consistency, which customers love. Some syrups may be thickened using fillers; however, our elderberry syrup is handcrafted using only the purest ingredients from nature and nothing more.
Should I shake your elderberry syrup before I use it?
Shaking our elderberry syrup is not necessary. You will not find any sediment at the bottom of our bottles. Open and enjoy our delicious, smooth tasting elderberry syrup!

To ensure the best quality and potency, we get our elderberries organically sourced from Bulgaria. The elderberry plant is native to Europe, thus having the highest level of anthocyanins (medicinal benefits) when grown there.

We produce our elderberry syrup in a commercial kitchen in Myrtle Beach, SC. Safety and hygiene of making our elderberry syrup, along where we get our ingredients is of upmost importance to us.

We ship nationwide. At this time we do not ship to Canada.
How many grams of sugar?
The sugar content in our elderberry syrup comes directly from local raw honey. Unlike some elderberry products, we do not use any artificial sweeteners, refined sugar or high fructose corn syrup/corn syrup.
Child serving: 1 Tsp = 1 gram
Adult serving: 1 Tablespoon = 4 grams
